Terms of Service

OctoCart gathers this week's grocery flyers from local stores — especially the ethnic markets the big flyer apps skip — and puts them in one place so nearby shoppers can find the deals. Flyers come from two places:

• stores' own public websites, where the store already publishes its flyer for shoppers, and
• stores that publish with us directly through our store portal.

A person reviews every flyer before it appears, and we only show flyers that are currently valid. When a flyer expires, it comes down. If we don't have a store's current flyer, we show nothing rather than something old.

Browsing OctoCart is free. No account, no subscription, no hidden charges.

Prices, products, and dates on a flyer are set entirely by each store. Stores can change prices, run out of items, or print errors — and a flyer can differ from what the till charges. Flyers on OctoCart are for convenience only. Always confirm prices in store. OctoCart is not responsible for differences between a flyer and what a store actually charges.

Flyer images, store names, and logos belong to the stores and chains they come from. OctoCart displays them to help shoppers find local deals and claims no ownership of any store's content.

If you own or represent a store and want a flyer, a listing, or your whole store removed or corrected, email us at support@chekinfotech.com with the store name and a link to the content. We honor removal requests promptly — that includes taking the content down and stopping future collection from your website. Every removal is logged with its reason. See also our contact page.

Please don't:

• scrape, bulk-download, overload, or try to disrupt the service;
• misrepresent yourself as a store or chain you do not own or represent, when submitting content or requesting changes or removals;
• upload content you do not have the right to share (store portal users);
• use the service to break the law.

We may remove content or close store portal accounts that break these rules.

Store owners who publish with us directly are responsible for the content they upload: it must be their store's own flyer material (or material they have the right to use), with honest prices and dates. Every submitted flyer is reviewed by a person before it appears, and we may decline or remove content at our discretion.

OctoCart is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on flyer prices or availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top. Using OctoCart after a change means you accept the updated terms.
